Our Gap Year uniquely addresses specific concerns for students in gap-year programs, focusing on prevention and early intervention of a broad spectrum of issues.

Individual Needs
We tailor therapy to an array of issues related to trauma, comorbid mood disorders and emotional dysregulation, while impacting recovery from substance disorder to include prevention and early intervention.
Psychoeducation
We provide psychoeducation and personal skill development for the young adult by integrating relapse prevention, mindfulness, emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills.
Interactive Workshops
Group therapy sessions focus on engaging clients on topics ranging from drugs and alcohol, mental health and trauma, sexual and romantic relationships, work, and other issues prevalent to the emerging adult.
Spiritual Modalities
Religious Directors Rabbi Dovid Charlop and Reb Menachem Pozananski include spiritual counseling, as well as Parsha and Tanach insights to advance recovery & heal fractured relationships with Judaism.
Family Inclusion
We include parents, siblings and other family members in America within the rehabilitation process by facilitating healing family group therapy sessions through interactive Zoom meetings.
